 Here's a simple recipe for chicken curry: Ingredients: - 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces - 2 onions, finely chopped - 2 tomatoes, chopped - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1-inch piece of ginger, grated - 2 green chilies, slit - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons coriander powder - 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference) - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder - Salt to taste - Cooking oil - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies.
